The Riverside

In Kendal town centre, the Riverside Hotel is a 17th-century building with a state-of-the-art leisure club. Rooms have river views and Windermere and the Yorkshire Dales are 20 minutes away.

Kendal Railway Station is 250 metres away, and guests are 10 minutes’ drive from the M6 motorway. The Riverside is at the gateway to the Lake District and 15 minutes’ drive from the Yorkshire Dales.

The Riverview Restaurant uses locally grown produce, much of it from the hotel’s own Victorian kitchen garden and farm.
